Bulk Order Discounts: Bulk order discounts can only be applied when a customer purchases larger quantities of the same card. Customers who wish to apply the bulk discount need to contact us. Bulk order discounts cannot be combined with other discounts.

Right to Cancel Orders: Cardmore reserves the right to cancel orders if discounts are not applied correctly.
All promotional offers are subject to specific timeframes which are not always stated, and we are unable to extend discounts beyond the expiration date.

Accurate Shipping Information
Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order. Cardmore is not responsible for orders that are shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an item is returned due to address issues, we'll issue a refund, but unfortunately, we'll have to deduct the initial shipping cost.
Order Verification
Upon receiving your order confirmation, please carefully review the details, including the colors, items, and any requested SKU codes, to ensure they are correct. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact us immediately.
Return Deadline
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted.
Unauthorized Returns and Shipping Costs
Please be advised that if you send a package to us without prior authorization, we will not refund the amount of shipping and we will not be responsible for sending the item(s) back to you. Return fee is $15
